Equitable Community Access to Pharmacist Services

Provider status legislation reintroduced: ACT TODAY!

We need your help to bring our bipartisan legislation, the “Equitable Community Access to Pharmacist Services Act’’ or “ECAPS,” (H.R. 1770) across the finish line this year.

ECAPS would ensure patients continue to have access to essential pandemic services provided by pharmacists including:

- Testing: COVID-19, Influenza, Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV), and Strep Throat

- Treatment: COVID-19, Influenza, and Strep Throat

- Vaccinations: COVID-19 and Influenza

Given the strong support of ECAPS by over 82 organizations representing patients, seniors and rural Americans, we are asking our members to urge their Members of Congress to co-sponsor H.R. 1770.

Take action today, by using our pre-written, editable advocacy alert to ask your Members of Congress to ensure patients’ access to pharmacist-provided patient care services.

Thank you for taking action! Your participation helps advance pharmacy for the betterment of the profession, your patients, and your communities.
