La Subida is a 52 detached, single-family home development located in Los Angeles County’s Hacienda Heights. The development includes a park, playground and amenities – all open to the public. Additionally, La Subida will replace a dilapidated, unused site that has been the source of nuisance and vandalism, creating more safety for the community.
