Support S.B. 1202!
Support Senate Bill No. 1202! This bill extends in-state tuition eligibility at Virginia's public colleges and universities to any non-Virginia student who is an actively serving member of the Virginia National Guard.
S.B. 1202 is awaiting final vote out of the House Appropriations Committee on Monday, Feb. 20, 2023.
The National Guard is unique in the it is the only United States military entity with a dual mission and can serve in state or federal status. National Guard servicemembers currently fulfil operational responsibilities as the primary combat reserve
