Stop HB 72 and the Firearm Accessory Ban!
Tell legislators that you’re opposed to HB 72, and they should protect your guns rights and your personal property by voting NO on HB 72.
House Bill 72 will criminalize the possession and transfer of “semiautomatic firearm converters” such as binary triggers and bump stocks that increase a rifle’s rate of fire. But the bill is so broadly worded it could even ban a rubber band. The penalty is a fourth-degree felony which provides for 18 months in jail and $5,000 in fines. It also appropriates $1.5 million dollars of your tax dollars for its enforcement.
We can stop this bill before it becomes law, but we need every New Mexican who values the Second Amendment to speak out. Fill out the form provided to tell lawmakers to stop this bill.
