Oppose California Generational Cigar Ban

 Assembly Bill 935, has been introduced in the California General Assembly and seeks to implement a generational ban on premium cigars and other tobacco products.

The bill, which was introduced by Assemblyman Damon Connolly, seeks to ban anyone born after January 1, 2007, from ever purchasing tobacco products, including premium cigars.

Assembly Bill 935 is a dangerous piece of legislation and must be stopped immediately.
