Tell the Committee: Move SB-10!
The Senate General Laws Committee will be hearing Senate Bill 10 very soon! SB-10 would ban ‘Red Flag’ laws here in Missouri and it would also ban to use of federal dollars to enforce then. What’s more, SB-10 has teeth so if an agency enforces ‘Red Flags’ they could be sued in court!
And this is something that Missouri needs to do.
Red Flag Gun Seizures allow liberal judges to hear bogus complaints against you and then order the seizure of your firearms, before you’ve been charged or convicted of anything! In many cases, these are secret hearings that you won’t know about until they are over.
And the gun control bill that Biden signed last year gave him and the DOJ $750,000,000 to use in incentivizing (also known as bribing) states into passing ‘Red Flag’ laws. And Missouri is high on their list.
But for this bill to protect gun owners, the Senate General Laws Committee needs to move it through their committee an onto the full Senate floor right away -- with no weakening amendments! Please send the committee members this PRE-WRITTEN EMAIL immediately!
