Oppose Hawaii Generational Cigar Ban

Senate Bill 148, has been introduced in the Hawaii State Legislature and seeks to implement a generational ban on premium cigars and other tobacco products.

Senate Bill 148 seeks to ban anyone born after January 1, 2003, from ever purchasing tobacco products, including premium cigars.

Senate Bill 148 is a dangerous piece of legislation and must be stopped immediately.
