Who is the United States delegate to the WHO Executive Board?

I demand to know who will represent the United States at the 154th meeting of the Executive Board of the World Health Organization which is scheduled to take place on January 22-27, 2024.
Public Law 643[1] (Joint Resolution of 80th Congress, 2nd Session, Ch. 469 of June 14, 1948) requires the US Delegate to be a Medical Doctor whose loyalty and security has been investigated by the FBI and who has been confirmed by the US Senate.
As of January 17, 2024, the identity of the appointed Delegate to this meeting has not been communicated although this position has great consequence for the United States.
