Election results must only be certified after full investigation into voter fraud
Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution says that in relation to electing the President: “Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress.”
Given the serious concerns of fraudulent activity surrounding the November 3 election, I urge you:
* To insist that all allegations of fraud or election illegalities be fully investigated before the election results are certified;
* To use every tool available to you under the Constitution to prevent the inauguration of a candidate who secured that position by fraud; and,
* To counter coverups of voter fraud and obstruction with every sanction available under the law.
