Election results must be certified only after full investigation into voter fraud
Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution says that in relation to electing the President: “Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the LEGISLATURE thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress.”
Given the serious concerns of fraudulent activity surrounding the November 3 election that was attested to by sworn affidavits under penalty of felony perjury in six “swing” states, I urge you as a state legislator:
* To insist that all credible claims of fraud, failure to follow election laws as promulgated by the legislature, and refusal to allow vote count oversight by all political parties -- as well as allegations of fraud and election illegalities or irregularities – be fully investigated by the legislature;
* To use every tool available to you under the Constitution to prevent the inauguration of a candidate who secured that position by fraud or other improper methods; including sending Congress a formal statement that the Electoral count is disputed by the state legislature and,
* To counter cover-ups of voter fraud and obstruction with every sanction available under the law.
