Oppose and Vote NO on 'Red Flag Gun Confiscation' Legislation!
With Joe Biden in the White House, and radical gun grabbers in control of Washington, D.C., gun-grabbers in North Carolina are convinced that this will be their year to take a sledge-hammer to our freedoms.
And while these socialists want to pass dozens of gun control bills, ‘Red Flag Gun Confiscation’ is always very high on their list, because it has a history of drawing bi-partisan support!
In fact, it was sell-out Republicans in the Florida legislature who passed Red Flags into law in 2018, a bill that was signed by then-Governor Rick Scott, a Republican.
‘Red Flag Gun Confiscation’ is the ultimate dream of every gun grabber in Raleigh -- the power to confiscate a gun owner’s firearms -- without having to worry about arresting, charging, or convicting him of a crime in a court of law!
And that’s exactly what this bill would do: take guns away from people who have never been charged or convicted of anything in court!
For this reason, this legislation is much worse than a ban on the AR-15, it’s worse than a ban on a magazine or any other accessory, and it’s worse than universal background checks.
I want you to oppose, block, and vote NO on any Red Flag Gun Confiscation legislation that comes up at the State House.

Red Flags Will Take Away Guns from Innocent People!
'Red Flag Gun Confiscation' legislation is one of the most deadly gun-control proposals in America today.
Not only is it being moved by weak, RINO Republicans across the country, but it will allow liberal judges and prosecutors to gather in secret court hearings to confiscate the firearms of otherwise innocent folks.
Under Red Flag laws, our guns can be taken away from us without even being convicted of a crime - without due process!
This is wrong, and I demand that you publicly oppose and work to stop this legislation at every turn!
