Don't Shortchange Education
These cuts to education are the wrong thing to do.
As we begin to recover from this pandemic, we will need the best and brightest leading the effort.
Shortchanging education is shortchanging our recovery.
If you really care about "getting back to normal", then stop these cuts.
Sincerely,
Cuts hurt students
Cuts hurt students; it's that simple.
When education is properly funded, students are provided a safe and encouraging space to learn and understand the world.
We need understanding to move forward, not ignorance.
Shortchanging education will only serve to move us backwards.
Concerned about Education Funding
As a proud Ontarian, I am concerned.
Education is the backbone of every strong economy and every healthy nation.
If we cut education now, we'll start to lose our place as a shining beacon of achievement on the world stage.
Shortchanging education is shortchanging this province.
We need support teachers and education workers
Teachers and education workers are an indispensable resource.
They have been providing quality education to hundreds of thousands of students, inspiring and shaping some of the brightest minds the world has to offer.
Without teachers and education workers, we are shortchanging our students. Without our students, we have no future.
Education funding is critical for innovation
The world relies on the educated to move it forward.
For a long time, Canada has been one of the nations that innovates and shapes the world for the better.
This would not be possible without education.
Now is no time to shortchange our province and nation.
Don't Shortchange Education
As a constituent I am concerned that the government is shortchanging education.
Studies have shown that investing in education improves our economy. For every $1 in education spending generates $1.30 in economic activity according to the Conference Board of Canada. In addition, investing in education helps lower healthcare, social services and justice costs.
As Ontario recovers from the pandemic, we cannot afford to shortchange our recovery. Please urge the government to stop cuts to education.
Sincerely,
Education is the backbone of our economy

We must continue to invest in education

Concerned about Education Funding
As one of your constituents I feel compelled to share my concern about cuts to education.
Our teachers and education workers have been on the front lines providing education both in class and remotely during this pandemic. They have put themselves and their families at risk.
Now is not the time to shortchange education.
We need to provide these frontline heroes with the resources they need until this pandemic is vanquished. The cuts the government is making puts everything at risk.
Help fight the cuts and restore education funding so staff and students have a safe environment to learn in.
Cutting Education is wrong
These cuts to education are the wrong thing to do.

Shortchanging education is shortchanging our recovery.
We need your help to stop these cuts.
