Thank you for enacting Constitutional Carry!
I want to thank you so much for signing Constitutional Carry (SB 765) into law.
There are now 20 Constitutional Carry states -- and you have helped to catapult our state into an elite class. These states, not coincidentally, are among the safest in the nation.
However, while this Constitutional Carry bill is a good first step, it doesn’t go as far as many of the other Constitutional Carry states. This bill has a higher age limit than other states, doesn’t cover long guns, and doesn’t change any gun free zones. In the future, I hope you will support enhancing it and getting it closer to pure Constitutional Carry.
