Oregon lawmakers have proposed SB 844, which would create a Prescription Drug Affordability Board responsible for establishing Upper Payment Limits (UPLs). Although we applaud Oregon lawmakers for attempting to lower drug costs, this legislation would restrict patient access by financially draining Oregon's community-based infusion centers.
