Twenty other states already recognize that Americans should be able to carry a firearm without a permit, and they are among the safest states in the nation. Under Senate Bill 358, state and local government officials will be ordered to not enforce any unconstitutional federal gun laws created after January 1, 2021. This is especially important now, given the Biden administration’s intention to impose a gun control agenda that will significantly restrict the right of the people to keep and bear arms. Biden’s agenda would endanger the lives of all of your constituents by restricting one of their most common methods of self-defense.
