The Department of Education must be abolished. I demand that you support and enact S. 323 and H.R. 899, which will do just that. The DoEd is unconstitutional. Education is a state issue and the federal government has zero authority over it. Already, the feds have intruded far too much into education policy. The DoEd is also promoting the brainwashing and dumbing-down of our students. We are seeing this in its support of critical race theory, explicit sex-ed curriculum, and so much more. The Department of Education -- and the broader public school system -- cannot be reformed. Electing Republicans won't expel the Deep State's hold over the agency -- just ask Diane Douglas of Arizona. Pass S. 323 and H.R. 899 to follow the Constitution and help restore a sane, non-government education system.

Enact H.R. 899 and S. 323 to completely dismantle the Department of Education. The condition of our school system is horrendous. Students are being indoctrinated in Marxist ideology and taught to despise the values of the Founding Fathers. Programs such as (but not limited to) Common Core are dumbing down the next generation. The education system is irreparably corrupt. Public education reformers including Diane Douglas have admitted that it's impossible to substantially reform the public school system. Congress must withdraw all federal support for this system, including by ending the Department of Education. This is also consistent with our Constitution. Pass H.R. 899 and S. 323 and dismantle the Department of Education and the rest of our horrendous public school system.

Please take immediate and decisive action to end the Department of Education by supporting S. 323 and H.R. 899. Under the 10th Amendment, education policy is a state and local policy, and federal interference has had harmful consequences on the state of education in our country. The public education system is rotten to its core. The only way we will achieve lasting changes is to withdraw all government support for it. Furthermore, the money that taxpayers will save will more than adequately fund alternative (and high-quality) education options. End the Ed, and support S. 323 and H.R. 899.

I demand that you act to terminate the Department of Education. H.R. 899 and S. 323 would do this. Pass these bills. The federal government has no constitutional role in education, and it's totally inappropriate for it to meddle in education policy. Its meddling is having disastrous results in the quality of our kids' education. Indoctrination, including in the form of CRT, mandatory LGBT lessons, and X-rated sex ed, is dangerous for our children and the broader culture. The Department of Education is deeply involved in these destructive matters. Abolish the Department of Education and support H.R. 899 and S. 323.
