The left-wing attack on the Supreme Court is an attack on the Constitution itself. The Court stands as a barrier against those who want to pass unconstitutional laws, taking away our rights, our freedom, and the benefits of limited government, and establishing a socialist dictatorship in place of our current republic. Packing the Court is intended to remove that barrier, and destroy the Constitution. The court-packing bills, HR 2584 and S 1141 must not be passed. Our Constitution has made America the greatest nation on earth. We enjoy liberty and prosperity. You, as a member of the Congress of the United States, have a duty to protect the Constitution from those who want to destroy it. Therefore, you must vote against the court-packing bills. I eagerly await hearing from you that they agree with me on this and that you are a friend of the Constitution rather than one of its enemies.

Congress must once again save the Supreme Court and our Constitution. In 1937, when Franklin Delano Roosevelt tried to pack the Supreme Court with six new members, Congress responded with an emphatic “NO”. When Roosevelt campaigned in the Democratic primaries against some of those who had led the fight against court-packing, the voters supported Congress. Even Joe Biden has said that what Roosevelt tried to do was a foolish mistake. Today’s court packing schemes are no better. They must be defeated. I am very concerned about the court-packing bills, HR 2584 and S 1141. Their purpose is to allow left-wingers in Congress and the state legislatures to push ahead with patently unconstitutional legislation, which a Supreme Court with any integrity would strike down. Court-packing would mean the end of our Constitutional rights and freedom, and the end of limited government. Our Constitution is a remarkable document, one which has served us well. We need a Supreme Court which will faithfully uphold it. You must oppose court-packing. Please reply and let me know where you stand on this vital issue.

The United States is truly a land of liberty, but many on the extreme left hope to extinguish that liberty by packing the Supreme Court. They want a Court that will approve unconstitutional laws that take away our God-given rights. These extremists are quite honest about their intentions. They want to take away our freedom of speech. President Donald Trump performed a great service to our country by appointing three Supreme Court justices who take seriously their duty to obey the Constitution. But now, some extremists in Congress want to add more justices to the court, packing it with members who will ignore the Constitution and approve laws that take away our rights. Congress must say no to court-packing, and protect the legacy of President Trump. It would be a disaster if the court-packing bills, HR 2584 and S 1141, were ever passed. We would lose our Constitution. Congress could take away our liberty, trample on the rights of the states, and expand its power without limit. That would not be America – it would be more like Venezuela or Nicaragua.
