I know you think you're doing the right thing, but opening up our beautiful Constitution and allowing leftists and moderates the ability to abolish or negatively impact our freedoms is WRONG. I do not want my Second Amendment freedoms being nixed or tweaked in any way. And I am not convinced that moderate swamp-creature politicians have my best interests in mind nor that they cannot be convinced to slightly change any existing rights that we currently enjoy when push comes to shove. That's why I am asking you to block, stop, and vote NO on SR67, SR152, SR343, or any similar resolutions calling for a Convention of States. Instead of passing dangerous legislation like this, please work to pass SB624 - legislation that would tell the federal government to POUND SAND when they overreach their Constitutional boundaries. As this effort could directly affect my gun rights, the Pennsylvania Firearms Association will keep me updated on the progress of this legislation as well as your actions on this matter.

Our founders gave us a beautiful document in the form of the United States Constitution. I understand the frustration that our leaders are not following the Constitution as written and want something to change. However, I do not believe that an Article V Convention of States is the right approach. This dangerous effort could result in total destruction or at least serious curtailing of our God-given rights - including the right to keep and bear arms. There are too many squishy moderates and Hate-America leftists out there to allow close to our Constitution, and I do not trust our current 'Republican' leaders to defend our rights and liberties at such a convention. That's why I'm asking that you HALT hearings on SR67, SR343 and SR152 now, and focus on passing Second Amendment Sanctuary bills like SB624 that would REALLY fight back against federal tyranny.
