Five states THIS YEAR have already passed it. TWENTY-ONE states already have it. It's time that you and your caucus deliver a win for gun owners like me by passing Constitutional Carry legislation! I am aware that, as Senate President Pro Tempore, you lead the Senate Republican caucus and have the power to call for the vote on Constitutional Carry (SB565). And before you tell me that you ‘support the Second Amendment’ and generally ‘support Constitutional Carry’ in theory, just know that nothing less than a roll call vote on Constitutional Carry on the floor of the Pennsylvania Senate will be acceptable to me or tens of thousands of others across the Commonwealth! We elected you and gave your caucus the majority and the power to FIGHT for our God-given gun rights – and we expect results. Don't give me the excuse that Tom Wolf won't sign the bill as an excuse to do NOTHING. I want you and your caucus to go on offense and actually FIGHT for the Second Amendment! You swore and oath to protect and defend the Constitutions of the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. There is no excuse as to why this bill cannot pass the Pennsylvania General Assembly. Therefore, as a voter in Pennsylvania and a gun rights supporter, I demand that you support Constitutional Carry and bring up the bill for a vote on the floor as soon as possible! Pennsylvania Firearms Association is watching you every step of the way and will keep me updated on the status of this bill as well as your actions or inaction for my freedoms.

While Texas and Missouri were delivering HUGE wins for gun owners, you and your caucus were enjoying your vacations and sitting on your duffs. Now that Constitutional Carry has passed the Senate Judiciary committee and is ready for a vote on the Senate floor, I expect to see action on Sen. Dush's SB565! Gun owners in Pennsylvania like me have waited long enough. Constitutional Carry has been introduced in the General Assembly for a long time, and the lines are carved in stone. Stop trying to appease the radical left. Stop trying to appease the police unions. Stop running interference for weak, RINO moderates in your caucus. You will never be able to get them to sign off on SB565, and you will never get them to support the gun rights of average Pennsylvanians like me. People like me elected you and your party into office and empowered you with the gavel. Now I am asking you to do the right thing by taking public action for Constitutional Carry in Pennsylvania! Don't let Governor Wolf deter you from doing the right thing. And before you think that co-sponsoring the bill is good enough for us gun owners. IT ISN'T. Because if you don’t deliver and don't go on offense for gun rights, gun owners will never forget you and your caucus’ failure – especially at primary election time.
