Bernstine's HB659) and the Second Amendment Preservation Act (Rep. Jozwiak's HB1696) on the floor for a vote. Gun owners went to war against the Bloomberg-funded Left in the last election cycle and delivered big victories for the Republican Majority in Harrisburg, and now it is your turn to deliver a big win for gun voters! With more cosponsors and caucus support than any Constitutional Carry bill in American history, for leadership to block this bill to provide cover for the weak, RINO Republicans in SE PA is totally unconscionable and completely unacceptable. And with the Biden administration and the Pelosi/Schumer Congress becoming more and more tyrannical. While they threaten to pass all sorts of unconstitutional gun control edicts - we need you to go on offense to protect our Pennsylvania Constitution and gun rights with SAPA law! Do the job you were elected to do - FIGHT BACK against the cultural Marxist agenda to destroy our state, our country and our freedoms. Weren't you elected by pro-gun voters? It's one thing to co-sponsor a bill and pay lip service to the Second Amendment - and it's another thing to actually go to war for gun rights and ruffle some feathers. As a member of the House Majority Leadership team, I know that you have the power to make a real impact for my gun rights in the Pennsylvania House. Gun voters elected you and your fellow caucus members and gave you the majority, despite millions of dollars being spent against you from anti-gun billionaires like Michael Bloomberg and George Soros. That's why I'm insisting that you use your authority as a 'leader' in the Pennsylvania House to bring Constitutional Carry, and SAPA legislation HB659 and HB1696 respectively, up for a vote on the House floor! You say that you support the U.S. and Pennsylvania Constitutions as well as our gun rights. So what's the holdup? I would hate to think that you are more worried about the radical left and the whiners from SE Pennsylvania than the voters who elected you and your caucus into power... RUN THESE BILLS ON THE FLOOR!
