As my State Senator, I urge you to publicly support and vote YES on Constitutional Carry, HB227 or SB215! The House version, HB227, has already cleared the Ohio House and the Senate version, SB215, has passed the Senate Veterans and Public Safety Committee! Gun owners in Ohio have been waiting for decades for the passage of Constitutional Carry law, and it is finally on the move here in Ohio, having passed the House just a few weeks ago!! This year alone, Constitutional Carry has passed in FIVE states, bringing the total up to twenty-one states that have removed these infringement from the books. The people of Ohio deserve a full vote on this legislation in the Ohio Senate, but it isn't going to get there if you and your colleagues don't fight for it and insist that it be brought up for a vote. That's why I'm demanding that you listen to the voters who elected your caucus into power and DO YOUR JOB! I’m tired of waiting, and I’m tired of the political double-talk. I’m tired of listening to politicians blame Ohio Gun Owners and grassroots gun owners for their own refusals to move the bill. Gun owners have consistently delivered big wins for the legislative majorities in Columbus, and now it is time for you to deliver a big win for gun owners. I urge you to immediately do everything you can to support and get a vote on Constitutional Carry! Ohio Gun Owners will keep me informed on the status of this legislation throughout the session as well as your actions or inactions.

I know that you are under pressure from the radical left and Michael Bloomberg's minions to sink HB227 and SB215 and not even bring them up. But remember, folks like me in your district helped get you elected based on your support for the Second Amendment. How you act and vote on Constitutional Carry is your chance to PROVE that you are actually pro-gun, and not just talking the talk. Please stand strong, call for Constitutional Carry legislation to be brought up on the Senate floor as soon as possible, and vote YES! Ohio Gun Owners will keep me updated on your actions and statements regarding my gun rights.

I'm a gun voter and gun rights supporter here in Ohio. I'm sick and tired of seeing political flyers and advertisements from you and your colleagues telling me how 'pro-gun' you are, but when push comes to shove, you cower in fear of the Radical Left and the media. You're not going to win them over because they hate you, they hate freedom, and they hate America. So what's the holdup? We need Constitutional Carry now more than ever before. Not only is Constitutional Carry the right policy and recognizes every citizen's God-given right to keep and bear arms, but it also gives folks like me the ability to protect ourselves and our families without having to beg for government permission first! This is a no-brainer, and I insist that you support it, and call for a vote in the Senate! Because if our 'Republican' supermajority doesn't - who will? And besides, maybe next time you or your colleagues come to me with requests for donations or support - maybe I'll just stay on the bleachers and encourage others to do the same! It's very simple. If you won't fight for me or my rights in Columbus, why should I fight for you in my community or grace you or your co-conspirators with my vote?
