Allow school boards and nonpublic schools to make their own decision on transportation

On March 16, your state senator will be voting on S.F. 3745 (Duckworth), a bill that would provide flexibility between nonpublic schools and school districts regarding transportation services. Local school boards and nonpublic schools would be able to mutually agree on a written plan to provide nonpublic pupil transportation.
