Nullify Unconstitutional Federal Spending
I urge you to use nullification to stop unconstitutional spending by the federal government.
The vast majority of federal spending exceeds the clear limitations imposed on the feds by Article I, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution. In other words, it is unconstitutional. There are two ways you can use the constitutional principle of nullification to stop federal spending:
1. Enact an "escrow" law. It would require federal taxes to first go into a state-controlled fund. Then, only constitutional spending would go to the federal government, thus saving taxpayers' money. Here is an example of this bill: archives.legislature.state.oh.us/BillText128/128_HB_496_I_Y.pdf
2. Nullify the Federal Reserve, which encourages reckless spending through its ability to create money. Please enforce the Gold and Silver Clause (Article I, Section 10), and also take other steps such as recognizing the validity of gold and silver as legal tender, and creating a gold depository.
You can take serious action today to rein in federal spending. Please act.
Enforce the U.S. Constitution to Rein In Federal Spending
I implore you to rein in federal spending by enforcing the Constitution.
About 80% of current federal spending is unconstitutional. This is because it exceeds the bounds placed on the federal government in Article I, Section 8.
YOU have authority to take action. You took an oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution, and you have power to rein in federal spending.
Please take action by doing the following:
-- Pass an "escrow" law to ensure that federal tax funds are only being spent on constitutional ways. An example can be found here: legis.ga.gov/api/legislation/document/20092010/97283
-- Enact legislation to nullify the Federal Reserve, an unconstitutional entity that has encouraged massive spending and inflation. You can do this by recognizing precious metals as legal tender, creating a gold/silver depository, and/or enforcing the U.S. Constitution’s Gold and Silver Clause (Article I, Section 10).
You have authority to enforce the Constitution. Please take action immediately.
Use Nullification to Rein In Federal Spending
I strongly request that you use nullification to rein in federal spending.
Nullification refers to following the oath you took to defend the U.S. Constitution, and acting to enforce it and stop lawless usurpations.
By spending trillions of dollars on unconstitutional purposes, the federal government has clearly violated its constitutional limitations.
There are two main ways you can rein in unconstitutional federal spending:
First, you can enact an "escrow" or "State Sovereignty and Federal Tax Funds" law. It would send to the federal government only the constitutional proportion of its tax funds. By extension, it would make our state financially secure while also taxing taxpayers' money. Here is an example: house.mo.gov/billtracking/bills111/hlrbillspdf/0052L.02I.pdf
Second, you can enforce the Constitution's monetary provisions. Do this by enforcing the Gold and Silver Clause (Article I, Section 10), recognizing gold and silver as legal tender, and establishing a precious-metals depository.
This is not just a matter for the federal government. State officials can also take action. Please do so.
States Can Rein In Unconstitutional Federal Spending
Please take serious and immediate action to rein in unconstitutional federal spending.
The vast majority of federal spending is unconstitutional, and this is having a detrimental impact on taxpayers and our nation as a whole.
State governments have an obligation to take action on this -- this ISN'T just something for the federal government to solve. After all, you also took an oath to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution.
Thus, please take action in the following two ways:
-- Enact what's called an "Escrow" law. This will ensure that the only money going to the federal government is being used for constitutional causes. Yes, states can do this. Here is an example bill: webserver1.lsb.state.ok.us/cf_pdf/2009-10%20INT/hB/HB2810%20INT.PDF
-- Enact serious legislation to nullify the Federal Reserve system. Its monopoly on money has encouraged the federal government's irresponsible spending. Examples of including affirming gold/silver as valid currency, creating a state gold/silver depository, and/or enforcing the Constitution's Gold and Silver Clause.
Please take action on these matters, and please don't make excuses about this.
Enforce the Constitution -- Stop Unconstitutional Federal Spending
I urge you to enforce the U.S. Constitution by stopping unconstitutional federal spending. Yes, this IS something you can and should take action on.
Not only is the current excessive federal spending financially destructive to our country, but much of it also is unconstitutional -- it violates the clear limitations in Article I, Section 8.
You can -- and must -- take action. Article VI of the Constitution states that only laws "made in Pursuance" of the Constitution are valid. Unconstitutional actions are not valid, and thus null and void.
Please do the following to take action:
1. Pass an Escrow bill, also called a "State Sovereignty and Federal Tax Funds Act." This would nullify unconstitutional federal spending and simultaneously protect taxpayers and increase state financial security. Please see an example bill here: lawfilesext.leg.wa.gov/biennium/2009-10/Pdf/Bills/House%20Bills/2712.pdf?q=20220809095651
2. Nullify the Federal Reserve and enforce sound money. Among other methods, please do this by officially recognizing precious metals as legal tender, establish a precious-metals depository, and/or enforce Article I, Section 10 of the U.S. Constitution (Gold and Silver Clause).
