I urge you to reject the inclusion of SJR 52/COS/Article V on the agenda for the special session. It's imperative that you keep in place the sunset clause (in SJR 38 of the 85th Regular Session), which will allow SJR 2 from the 85th Regular Session to expire. Please DON'T renew SJR 2 (nor expand the sunset period), and DON'T pass SJR 52. And, we must fully enforce it without tolerating any lack of enforcement.
