Senator Dolan's Senate Bill 357 is Red Flag Gun Confiscation on steroids, and as my State Senator, I demand that you publicly denounce it and vote NO at every opportunity. It is shameful that gun control is advancing in the GOP Supermajority Ohio Senate, let alone from a REPUBLICAN!! As you know, SB357 will do nothing to stop violent criminals from accessing firearms to carry out their crimes and will only bolster the mental health gun control regime in this state. So please do everything you can to oppose SB357 and send the bill straight to the trash, where it belongs! Ohio Gun Owners will keep me updated on the bill's progress, as well as what actions you have or have not taken regarding the bill.

Matt Dolan has sponsored a gun control bill, SB357, and I insist that you oppose it! President Huffman, As the Senate President, you allowed (and quite frankly signed off on) the referral of SB357 to Matt Dolan's own Finance Committee, where you allowed him to launch his 2024 U.S. Senate campaign and spearhead his outrageous gun-control bill through the process! This is shameful and will not be forgotten. As a gun owner and voter in Ohio, I insist that you do whatever is in your power to sponsor a strike and replace amendment to the bill or shut this bill down. Gun owners did not vote to expand your supermajority so that your caucus can push gun control bills like this. Unacceptable! Gun owners demand real pro-gun bills like SAPA, fixing Constitutional Carry and enhancing our lacking self-defense laws to emerge out of your chamber!
