Talauna Reed does not belong on the Olympia School District Board!
To whom it may concern.
I am calling on you to step down from your role at Olympia District School Board over your inappropriate appointment of Ms. Talauna Reed.
There is no room for Reed, an anti-police extremist with an extensive criminal history charged with domestic violence, felony theft, assault, and violating protection orders, to serve on the Olympia School Board.
Over 1,000 parents and community members have signed a petition, served to the board on December 8, which requested all of you to resign from your positions due to negligence.
This story has even been covered on Fox News.
Reed is also an anti-police extremist who called on the community to engage in acts of violence, including "burning Olympia to the ground.”
These are not made-up allegations. These are facts, and it is a shame that, despite knowing these facts, you still decided to appoint Ms. Reed to the board.
I implore you to have some humility, find some decency and hold yourselves accountable to the parents and students.
After all, that’s who you work for.
You must resign!
To whom it may concern.
