I urge you to support SF 938 to nullify unconstitutional federal vaccine mandates. Although the Supreme Court struck down Biden's employer mandate, others remain in effect, and nothing's preventing the federal government from trying again to impose mandates. DON'T compromise or cave to pressure. Additionally, don't water down the legislation. We cannot afford weak, useless legislation. Second, Article VI of the Constitution makes clear that unconstitutional federal laws are null and void. You have a duty to ENFORCE the Constitution and, thus, nullify unconstitutional federal edicts, and I expect you to act strongly and immediately by enacting SF 938.

I urge you to take immediate and bold action against federal vaccine tyranny by enacting SF 938. It's obvious that Biden's orders were unconstitutional, having absolutely no basis in both the Constitution and in federal law. Unfortunately, the Supreme Court left the door open for future mandates, including if enacted by Congress. Thus, the threat isn't over yet. You have an obligation to enforce the Constitution and, thus, prevent the orders' enforcement under Article VI of the Constitution. Federal tyranny has grown over the decades because state leaders have surrendered and failed to take bold action. We cannot afford to repeat this. Take bold and decisive action, and pass SF 938 to nullify forced-vaccination policies emanating out of the federal government.

I implore you to enact SF 938, which will prevent federal vaccine passports and mandates from being enforced in Minnesota. Don't surrender in the fight against them -- they are unconstitutional and antithetical to individual liberty, and nothing's stopping the mandates from being reenacted. Don't compromise by passing weak, watered-down legislation. Instead, stay strong and enforce the U.S. Constitution through decisive legislative action. The federal government has grown dramatically in the last several decades -- almost entirely being unconstitutional. This is because the states didn't adequately push back. Act immediately, and rein the federal government back within its constitutional boundaries. Support SF 938.

Thankfully, the Supreme Court struck down Biden's most tyrannical mandate. However, not only are several other mandates in effect, but the federal government could easily try again, including via a congressional law. You have authority under the U.S. Constitution to nullify blatantly unconstitutional federal actions. Article VI states that only laws "made in Pursuance" of the Constitution are valid. Biden's illegal executive decrees are not "in Pursuance." Don't cave to the naysayers who claim that Biden's illegal order take precedence over constitutional Minnesota laws. Don't let us down, and support SF 938.

Please enact robust legislation -- particularly SF 938 -- that protects our individual freedom to decline a vaccine. Don't allow federal pressure or the political establishment from deterring you from advancing strong legislation. SF 938 will go a long way toward preventing federal overreaches. Furthermore, we cannot afford to just sit back as the federal government routinely violates the Constitution. The federal government has grown over the decades because the states surrendered and didn't push back. Article VI states, "This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof ... shall be the supreme Law of the Land." You have a duty enforce the Constitution, to combat, and to nullify those laws that are not "in Pursuance thereof." Take action immediately and protect our vaccine freedom. Please enact SF 938.
