As a support of Florida Gun Owners, a Floridian and a 2A supporter, I demand that you amend SB150 in your committee to include legalized open carry and pass it immediately! Florida Gun Owners has informed me that Sen. Collins' SB150 is weak, and doesn't even legalize open carry - absurd! Considering the size of your majority and with Ron DeSantis as our Governor, passing a weak Constitutional Carry bill is wholly unacceptable! I don't care what the Senate President says. I don't care what your excuses are. Do the job gun owners in your district elected you to do! Not to mention, politicians have treated gun owners like me very unfairly in recent years, taking steps toward gun tyranny, instead. It's time to go on OFFENSE and take our freedoms back! Especially now that Governor DeSantis is calling to sign REAL Constitutional Carry law! There is no excuse as to why a full-orbed Constitutional Carry bill cannot pass, so please amend the bill in your committee to include legalizing open carry before passing it. Florida Gun Owners will keep me updated on your actions (or lack of action) on this legislation and all bills that affect our gun rights.

Pass a REAL Constitutional Carry bill, one that maximizes freedom and legalizes open carry! I am urging you to fight for my gun rights this session - and that includes bucking your leadership and amending SB150 to legalize open carry! Don't let the RINOs and weaklings in the General Assembly try to water this bill down. Pass a full-orbed bill! LEGALIZE OPEN CARRY! Florida needs to get out of the rights regulation business, just like 25 other states have done, including Alabama and Georgia!
