This bill would give near complete power to venues to enforce deceptive trade practices. As a fan, this worries me. I do not understand why we should Ticketmaster & LiveNation more power over our concert tickets. Currently in CO we can transfer our tickets as we please. If this law passes that will no longer be the case. We cannot allow this bill to become law.

SB-60 is nothing but a gift to Live Nation/Ticketmaster. This bill would give almost total control to venues to engage in deceptive trade practices. As a fan, this worries me. This bill instead gives all the power to Ticketmaster/Live Nation which already holds a monopoly in this space.
