GA HB 398 and SSupport Ticket TransferabilityB 183, Ticket Transferability
I am writing today to express my support for HB 398 and SB 183. When I buy a ticket, I should have the write to do with it as I choose in case I can no longer attend the event. This bill will grant me that basic right.
Please support my right to transfer my tickets by voting yes on HB 398 and SB 183 when they come to the floor.
Don’t listen to Live Nation/Ticketmaster!
Live Nation and Ticketmaster are lying to you. Ticket transferability is good for consumers and protects fans. We don’t just buy tickets; we sell tickets, too. I want the freedom to sell my tickets if I can’t make a game due to illness, work obligations, or any other reason. The ease of resale encourages fans like me to invest more in Georgia’s sports teams and concerts.
Vote yes for HB 398 and SB 183.
Support HB 398 and SB 183
When I purchase a ticket, I should be able to decide what I do with that ticket. Should I want to sell, transfer, donate, or give my ticket to a friend, I should be able to make that decision. For that reason I support HB 398 and SB 183.
Please support my right to transfer tickets by voting in favor of HB 398 and SB 183.
Ticket Transferability Rights
I should have the right to transfer my ticket. If I fairly bought this ticket, some big company shouldn’t get to tell me what to do with it. I worked hard for my money, and if I can’t go to an event, I shouldn’t have to lose my money!
Please support HB 398 and SB 183.
My Tickets, My Choice
I believe that when I buy a ticket, I get to determine what happens with that ticket. It is my choice. I support consumer choice and for that reason I support HB 398 and SB 183.
Please vote yes on HB 398 and SB 183.
Support Consumer Choice!
HB 398 and SB 183 focus on control. Who should be in control of a purchased ticket? As a consumer, I believe that I should be able to decide what I do with a ticket that I purchase. There should be no restriction on my ability to sell, transfer or give away a ticket that I rightfully purchased.
Support consumers ability to choose and vote yes for HB 398 and SB 183.
Vote yes for HB 398 and SB 183.
I shouldn’t be restricted from transferring my ticket. I paid good money to buy my tickets and the company shouldn’t get to tell me what to do with my money after I bought the ticket. My tax dollars built most of these venues, and now they’re trying to prevent me, the taxpayer, from transferring my property.
HB 398 and SB 183 will give me the right that should have been mine all along. Please vote yes.
