Oppose Senate Bill 294 – Mandatory Firearms Storage

Senate Bill 294 would create the “Safe Firearm Storage Act” and require the secure storage of firearms when not carried, and all firearms would be required to be sold or transferred with a lock, increasing expenses and liabilities for gun stores conducting transfers. The bill would also add active shooter preparedness to school safety training.
