This bill is a comprehensive repeal of EVERY Second Amendment infringement passed by the 117th Congress and signed by President Biden. These unconstitutional gun control laws – including Red Flag Gun Confiscations, Universal Background Checks, and funding for the ATF to enforce Biden’s pistol ban and maintain their illegal national gun registry – do NOTHING to keep guns out of the hands of mass-shooters and other evil-does. All they do infringe on the constitutional rights of law-abiding gun owners like me and provide a stepping stone for politicians to pass additional legislation disarming Americans. Polling has consistently shown that the majority of gun owners are single issue voters when it comes to their Second Amendment rights. It shouldn’t come as a surprise that many of these voters have completely lost faith in Congress after being repeatedly stabbed in the back for the last two years.
