Support HB 1294 to Nullify the EPA
I urge you to support HB 1294. This bill would properly support the U.S. Constitution and the intent of the Founding Fathers by nullifying the federal EPA, an agency that exists without any proper constitutional authorization.
Article VI of the Constitution, along with the 2nd and 10th Amendments, justifies -- and even requires -- this bill. The Constitution is the supreme law of the land, so any laws that contradict it in any way -- including federal laws -- cannot be enforced,

Please take action on -- and enact -- HB 1294.
Support HB 1294 -- Protect Our God-given Liberties
I implore you to protect our God-given liberties from federal overreach by enacting HB 1294.
This bill would prevent regulations from the federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) from being enforced in our state. This is because the EPA exists without any authorization under the U.S. Constitution, making it an unconstitutional agency.
The only solution to unconstitutional federal laws is for the states to enforce and protect our Constitution -- if the federal government won't enforce the Constitution, you must. You have authority -- and a duty -- under the U.S. Constitution to do so.

Accordingly, act to protect our God-given rights, and enact HB 1294.
Vote YES on HB 1294 to Nullify the Federal EPA
I strongly request that you support and vote in favor of HB 1294, which would protect New Hampshire state sovereignty from the federal EPA, an agency whose existence violates the U.S. Constitution.
Article VI is an important provision, particularly the following line: "This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof … shall be the supreme Law of the Land.”
This section unambiguously states that laws that align with the Constitution are the supreme law of the United States. This also means that laws (and agencies) that don't align with the Constitution cannot be considered valid.
The federal EPA is one of those agencies. Nowhere in Article 1, Section 8 is the federal government authorized to regulate the environment. This is a matter reserved to the states and the people under the 10th Amendment.

Please enforce the Constitution by enacting HB 1294.
Enact HB 1294 to Uphold the U.S. Constitution
Please enact HB 1294 in order to uphold the U.S. Constitution and to protect state sovereignty and property rights.
The EPA, a federal agency, is not authorized by any article or amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Thus, it is an unconstitutional agency. Under Article VI of the Constitution, states have a duty to ignore unconstitutional federal laws or edicts.
The solution is for you to enforce the Constitution. You took an oath to support and defend it, and now's the time to act upon that oath.
Article VI says that “This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof … shall be the supreme Law of the Land.” Thus, federal statutes and actions not consistent with the Constitution cannot have legal force.
The 10th Amendment states that powers not granted to the federal government are reserved for the states and people. Unfortunately, this amendment has been ignored for too long.

Enacting HB 1294 would do much to rectify the situation we're in by nullifying a major unconstitutional federal agency. Please enforce the Constitution, and DON'T weaken this bill in any way.
Enact HB 1294 -- Defend the U.S. Constitution
I urge you to enact HB 1294, which would nullify the EPA, a major federal agency that exists without any constitutional authorization whatsoever.
As HB 1294 correctly points out, "The regulation making authority of the United States Environmental Protection Agency is not authorized by any article of amendment of the Constitution of the United States and violates the Constitution's true meaning and intent as given by the founders and ratifiers."
The U.S. Constitution itself not only encourages, but requires, that unconstitutional laws be nullified. This is found in Article VI, which says: "This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof … shall be the supreme Law of the Land.” If a law goes against the U.S. Constitution, it can and should legally be ignored.

The best and most effective way to push back against this is to enforce Article VI of the U.S. Constitution. As a good first step toward doing this, please enact HB 1294.
