HB 2442 and HB 2803 would ban state and local government entities from enforcing federal gun-control laws and regulations if they violate the Second Amendment. Please enact HB 2442 and HB 2803 -- strong bills to robustly nullify unconstitutional federal laws. Don't pass weak or toothless legislation -- only strong and effective bills.
