Please oppose HF 3947 and SF 3852. These bills are an extreme infringement on our ability to freely manage our own homes. Under this bill, ordinary homeowners won't be able to even do minor electrical work in their homes that they could easily do themselves. Rather than imposing onerous restrictions on our personal lives, please work to remove such restrictions and uphold our nation's founding values.

I urge you to oppose HF 3947 and SF 3852. These bills would impose unnecessary and onerous government regulations on our ability to do electrical work on our homes. These bills would hurt ordinary homeowners and force them to pay much more money to have a licensed contractor do simple work in their homes. As the Declaration of Independence point out, the purpose of government is to secure our rights, not to manipulate the economy or regulate our personal lives. Please uphold our nation's founding ideals, and oppose HF 3947 and SF 3852.
