Restore Sound Money With H721
I urge you to support H721, which will bring our state closer to restoring sound money and adhering to the U.S. Constitution's monetary provisions.
The rampant inflation we've been seeing goes back to the unconstitutional Federal Reserve and our abandonment of constitutional money. The U.S. dollar has lost over 97 percent of its purchasing power since 1913, and the Fed's policies are ensuring that it will continue to become increasingly worthless.
Creating a state bullion depository will help reduce our state's financial independence on the federal government, specifically the Federal Reserve. H721 also will help our state avoid the federal government's planned "Central Bank Digital Currencies," which severely threaten privacy and individual freedom.
Please support H721, and fully restore sound money in North Carolina.
Vote YES on H721 -- Support State Bullion Depository
I urge you to support and vote in favor of H721. This bill is important for reducing North Carolina's dependence on the federal government.
Currently the Federal Reserve -- a blatantly unconstitutional entity -- has a monopoly over money and monetary policy in the United States. The rampant inflation we're seeing, along with the fact that the dollar has lost 97% of its value since 1913, illustrates the effect it's had on our economy and society.
H721 is needed to help nullify the Federal Reserve and its detrimental effects.
Also, H721 is a great initial step toward enforcing the Constitution’s monetary provisions. Article I, Section 10, of the U.S. Constitution plainly states that “No State shall…make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts.”
It’s long overdue that states begin to enforce this provision once again.
Please support and vote in favor of H721.
Pass H721 -- Nullify the Federal Reserve
I strongly request that you support and enact H721 to enforce the U.S. Constitution and nullify the Federal Reserve's unconstitutional monopoly on money.
The Federal Reserve has absolutely no constitutional basis. However, it has an inordinate amount of power over our country's finances and economy -- and the U.S. dollar has lost 97% of its value since the Fed's creation in 1913.
State officials -- including legislators -- have a duty, under Article VI of the U.S. Constitution, to uphold the Constitution and reject all laws not "made in Pursuance thereof." And passing H721 would be a good first step toward upholding the Constitution's provisions regarding money. This bill also would lead to protecting us from the federal government's plans for a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC), which will even further erode our privacy.
Please enforce the U.S. Constitution by enacting H721.
Restore Monetary Sanity With H721
Please take action to restore sanity in our monetary policy by enacting H721.
This important bill is a first step toward establishing a state bullion depository, helping make our state financially independent of the federal government and complying with Article I, Section 10, of the Constitution.
Because of the Federal Reserve and its unconstitutional monopoly on money, the U.S. dollar has lost 97% of its value since 1913. And now, the Fed is pushing to create Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs), which will decimate our privacy.
H721 would reduce our dependence on the Federal Reserve, comply with Article I, Section 10, of the U.S. Constitution, and restore a sound monetary policy. Please enact this bill.
Enact H721 -- Restore Constitutional Money
Please enact H721. This bill will help restore constitutional money in North Carolina.
The U.S. Constitution recognizes only gold and silver as legal tender. Specifically, I refer to Article I, Section 8, Clause 5 and Article I, Section 10, Clause 1. Fiat money is not recognized.
This is for good reason. When we abandoned adherence to the Constitution, inflation skyrocketed. The dollar has lost 97% of its value since 1913, and this is devastating to the younger generations.
H721 would help rectify this by helping North Carolina return to constitutional adherence, in addition to reducing our financial dependence on the federal government. Please support this important bill.
