Protect Girls’ Sports and Right to Privacy
The rights of girls are under attack. Females are being displaced in sports by athletes who are naturally stronger and more powerful.
This is not only unfair but discriminatory.
Girls deserve to be able to be in competitive sports without biological males robbing them of medals.
Girls deserve to have locker rooms and bathrooms without biological males being present, taking away their right to privacy.
Unless you act now, the unconstitutional rule changes to Title IX scheduled to go into effect August 1st will destroy girls’ sports and rights to privacy. It is your duty to protect all students in your school district, including girls.
We ask you to act now by passing a resolution for your school district which states you will protect all students from discrimination according to the original interpretation of Title IX.
Thank you for your service to our community!
Can you imagine what this would be like?
Imagine being a 15 year old girl who has worked tirelessly to excel at running, practicing hard year after year. Then imagine running in a race, only to be easily outpaced by a biological boy who identifies as a girl. This has happened at districts around the country. Please don’t let this happen here to the girls in our school district.
President Biden’s new Title IX rules take away girls’ rights to be competitive in sports. This goes completely against the original reason for the Title IX rules in the first place.
Will you please join 26 states and many local districts who assert that they will protect girls rights to single-sex sports, bathrooms, and locker rooms? Please pass a resolution to show our community that girls matter.
Act Now to Protect Girls in Your School District
The Biden Administration, through an executive order, instructed all federal agencies to re-interpret the meaning of sex as gender identity in Title IX starting August 1, 2024. This rule change is unconstitutional and 26 states have filed 5 separate lawsuits against it. Title IX will no longer be about sex discrimination.
This is the weaponization of Title IX and girls in your school district will be the greatest causalities! This is reverse discrimination against girls. Please stand and speak now to protect girls from the destruction of their rights! We ask you to act now by passing a resolution for your school district which states you will protect all students from discrimination according to the original interpretation of Title IX.
Thank you for your service to our community!
Stop the Weaponization of Title IX in Your School District
As you are aware, Title IX is a federal civil rights law passed in 1972 that prohibits schools that receive federal funds from discriminating on the basis of sex. The Biden Administration has released unconstitutional rule changes which re-interprets the definition of sex to include gender identity. Under this change, anyone can self-identify into single- sex spaces (e.g., bathrooms, locker rooms), and single-sex activities (e.g., sports) regardless of their biological sex. These changes are scheduled to take effect August 1st. Safety and fairness will be deeply compromised in your school district if these changes go into effect!
Please stand and speak now to protect girls from the destruction of their rights! We ask you to act now by passing a resolution for your school district which states you will protect all students from discrimination according to the original interpretation of Title IX.

Will you protect NM’s girls?
Girls’ rights to single sex sports and locker rooms are under attack by President Biden’s new changes to Title IX. It is not fair for girls to have to compete against biological males, who are naturally stronger and faster. Girls rights to privacy and security in locker rooms and bathrooms are also being ruined as well.
26 states have already affirmed that they will not enforce the new Title IX rules. Will you please pass a resolution for your school district to ensure that girls rights are protected?
Thank you for your service.
