The carbon-capture pipelines are closely connected to the United Nations' Agenda 2030 "sustainable development" scheme to eliminate private property and totally reshape society in the name of fighting "climate change." The pipelines also are associated with serious safety concerns and have been shown to be a poor investment. Please protect property rights in our state by vetoing SB 831.

Furthermore, these privately-owned pipelines, which don't even have a public purpose or benefit, can take land using eminent domain. If a private company can unilaterally confiscate our land, do we still have property rights? Please veto SB 831. Rather than enacting this bill, please pursue legislation that upholds and defends our property rights.
