Ben Frazier was a convicted felon. Theft, solicitation of prostitution, DUI and robbery were some of his accomplishments. This is not the message Jacksonville City Council should send to young people as a role model. How about Pres. Obama Street or Dr. Anthony Darnes street...or better yet...don't waste money changing it. Don't Name a Jacksonville Street after a thug. Thank you,

Why would you honor someone who was ejected from their own city council meeting by re-naming a street for him? Ben Frazier has an extensive criminal history. What sort of message does honoring him in this way send to young black males in Jacksonville? "CONFEDERATE" just means a joining of states to form a common good. An example is the Articles of Confederation that pre-dated the US Constitution. Don't be manipulated by hate or ignore the facts. Thank you,
