Laws in many anti-gun states would have me arrested for these fundamental travel-related activities, even if I comply with the Firearms Owners’ Protection Act (FOPA). Also, other malicious state laws unconstitutionally criminalize what would otherwise be considered law-abiding activity for the explicit purposes of making my gun ownership, possession, and transportation more difficult.
