ACT NOW NJ: students who opt out of the HPV vaccine could be denied an education if A1603 passes

Bill A1603 would mandate the HPV vaccine for all school children in grades 6 through 12. If the bill passes, students who opt out of the HPV vaccine could be denied an education.
