ACT AGAIN ILLINOIS: students who opt out of the HPV vaccine could be denied an education if HB4870 passes

HB4870 would mandate the HPV vaccine for all school children in grades 6 and 9. Thus, students who opt out of the HPV vaccine could be denied an education.
