Encourage the Interim Study Committee to reform Indiana's rape statute!

On September 15, the Interim Study Committee on Corrections and Criminal Code will hear testimony on the topic of "Consent." We support the need to reform Indiana's rape statute to include consent because it is currently legal to have sex with someone even if they say "no' in Indiana.
