HB 205, the Women's Bill of Rights Act, is much needed for our state. This Bill will protect the rights of women and girls to have private bathrooms and locker rooms away from biological males. It will also ensure that women and girls can be competitive in sports without having to compete against biological males.
Males are physiologically stronger and more powerful than females, and it is unfair for women and girls to EVER have to compete against males.
