NEW JERSEY: ACT NOW FOR CANNABIS REFORM

State legislators will soon vote on comprehensive cannabis reform that will expand the medical program, legalize and regulate cannabis for those over the age of 21, and create an expungement program for people who have been convicted of certain marijuana related offenses.

The social justice, economic and public safety arguments for legalization have been well established, but the legislation needs to pass a full vote in both chambers of the New Jersey legislature and be signed by the governor before we can make meaningful progress to realizing the benefits.

Your elected officials need to hear from their constituents. They need to hear from YOU! They need to hear that there has been enough discussion and it is time to act!

Please take a moment to send a message to your state assemblyman or assemblywoman and your state senator today. Urge them to pass cannabis reform in 2019!
