Governor DeWine is trying to bury his "Red Flag Gun Confiscation" law in the state budget, and we must STOP him!
DeWine's gun-control section in HB110 expands Ohio's warrant system to create de-facto federal firearm prohibitors and shifts the law for confiscation from adjudication in court to judicial decree!
Simply put, DeWine wants to empower liberal judges to order your firearms seized and strip you of your rights before you have been charged, indicted, or convicted of a crime!
DeWine wants to make it so that you lose your freedoms based on a warrant, when warrants can be issued on something as simple as a "probable cause" finding based on a complaint from anyone.
DeWine is hijacking the budget process to try to destroy the American principle of ‘innocent until proven guilty’ and he wants to obliterate your due process rights, specifically the 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 6th Amendment!
